i just upgraded the news management system to WordPress. i had been using Movable Type, but after a small scare regarding their supposed new licensing, and being tempted by the open source WordPress, i decided to switch.

also, for now the site layout might be a little crazy, along with some 404 errors for different pages while i move some stuff around.

i just put some more images up in my image gallery, including some images i use to have on there several months ago.

i'm gonna go over my site and put some tables back in instead of just using CSS all over. things just dont show up exactly how i'd like them to (IE keeps placing some stuff on the far left of the screen if i dont specify a position for the item).

i got a little halloween look for the page now. i've done something in the past where i would try to update the site around different holidays (christmas mostly). with css, it will make things easier to update, along with making it a ton easier to make every page update at the same time.

over the next few days, im gonna be updating stuff to work better with the way movabletype does things (updated archive look, search, and comments for each update).
