old guestbook *back*

just for the hell of it i logged into HTMLgear to see if my old guest book was still in limbo - let me go back to the beginning. i signed up for a guest book from a service called "Lpage" like 4 years ago. even when my site switched servers and its domain name changed, i always had the same guest book. After Lpage bought/merged/sold/renamed/etc to HTMLgear, all seemed fine until my guestbook stopped working. HTMLgear said I still had the guestbook under my account, but when i tried to access it, it always said "invalid guestbook name" or something similar. so after having the guestbook for 3 years, it was basically gone. now, a year later, i logged in and found out i have full access to the guestbook again!

so here it is, complete with entries going back 4 years.

banshee section

I have updated my Banshee section with a few links, a new layout, and a new file. The new file is some Windows NT 4 drivers. They are from 3dfx's newest NT4 reference drivers, but with a fixed INF file.
3dfx's original INF file set the memory clock higher than some Banshees could take, and would result in messed up graphics and lock ups. Using my drivers should fix this. :)
Also, I know some people have seen this already, but for those who haven't seen it yet, check out my Checkers page.

fuck geocities

GeoCities decided that they were going to delete my page. I don't really know why, becuase I had nothing illegal on it. They didn't give me a warning or anything.

GeoCites, in a way, was starting to suck anyway. They had their advertisements all over my web page. They also charged money to allow users to make sub-directories in their account.

My NEW server is XOOM, which by the way, allows users to make sub directories on their account!
Please check out XOOM's site, xoom.com.
