hot metrosexual action!

i went to a Salon tonight and had my hair professionally re-bleached and highlighted, along with some of my hair being cut with these special scissors that kinda thinned out the hair (the scissors had "teeth" on them, so they only cut certain hairs). i had some facial hair shaved for me, and then finally i had some hot wax work done on me in spots such as my eye brows (i have TWO now)!

the wax part was actually more painful than my tongue piercing was.

i've been hearing the term "metrosexual" on TV a lot recently, and just recently i basically found someone that wants to try all kinds of things on me at a Salon she works at for totally free.

crazy fucking night

i talked to this chick on the phone who said she was out partying.. i said "where?" ... it wasnt any building or anything she was at though.. she said she was out on the river front with a big fire going with a whole mess of people. she didnt know the roads or how to get there though. she said the road went right to the river...

so i pulled up a map of her city (Herculaneum, MO), and looked for a road that went right to the river. there was only one, so that's where i headed (about 11:30PM).
it took me a while to get to the road - and when i got there, i found it wasn't a real road... just mud and rocks that ended at rail road tracks on a hill. i thought i was at the wrong place, but then a truck came up and over the hill, so that told me there was some place to drive on the other side of the tracks. so i did a little off road driving with my Rio. after a few yards, i noticed a big bonfire in the distance. i felt a little relieved because i knew i had found the place.

so i get there (12:20PM), and there was like 30+ people, loud music, a giant roaring fire, lots of alcohol, a couple of people on shrooms and stuff, etc... basically lots of fun. someone told me they do this just about every week.

i hung out there until about 4:20AM, and then headed home. i was feeling kinda hungry, so i stopped at this gas station to grab a candy bar or something. when i get there, i see some cop and some chick talking in the parking lot, but dont really pay attention as im walking in. once i was inside though, i heard the cop yell something like "step down" or "calm down" or something like that, and then the chick started yelling. it seemed like they were fighting now, and she was pulling away from the cop, and kept pepper spaying her over and over, and she was like "why are you doing this? what did i ever do to you?!"

at this point me and the gas station clerk are standing outside watching this. i say to the guy "its just like watching an episode of Cops." the chick just kept getting louder and louder, and swinging her arms and stuff. eventually the cop grabbed his CB radio thing and called for backup. he then wrapped his arms around the chick and pulled her to the ground. he was trying to cuff her, but just couldn't, she was fighting back too much and kept yelling "what did i ever do to you??" ... the cop continued calling for backup on his radio. within minutes i heard sirens, and soon 2 more cop cars pull into the gas station. two cops jump out and help hold the chick down. while they were doing that, 2 more cop cars showed up, and then 1 state trooper.

they had this chick's hands cuffed, feet shackled, two officers sitting on her, and they were still spraying shit in her face trying to calm her down, but she kept fighting and screaming. she then started pounding her head into the ground, and one cop called for paramedics then. she busted her head open and was bleeding all over.
a fire truck and ambulance showed up within minutes.

it was a pretty cool scene to watch. this chick was all fucked up on meth or something. i got home a little before 6:00am then... now i'm ready for bed.

really cool BitTorrent program

its called "Azureus" - which is the name of some frog or something.

basically, its the best BitTorrent program i've used. it's worked better for me than 'ABC,' BT++, and the single-file clients (official and shad0ws). i liked it so much, i even donated a couple of bucks to the author.

it's Java based, and runs in just about any OS i believe. and for Windows users, don't let the Java part scare you it doesn't look or feel like a Java app (like LimeWire), it "feels" like a native Windows app.

you can get Azureus here:

DODONGO DISLIKES SMOKE

my car was acting a little funny the past few days. the alignment has been off for a while, and the brakes started squeaking. the brakes quickly stopped squeaking as quickly as they started, and suddenly i was hearing grinding sounds when stopping. i also made note that one of my front tires was completely bald (thats right, just one). i decided then it was time to take my car into the shop for some repairs - just one year after purchase.

the brake pads were worn down to nothing. i was grinding metal to metal. my alignment was all messed up, and the tires needed to be balanced (and more importantly, replaced). so i end up paying about $450 to have a bunch of work on my car, some stuff replaced, and 4 new tires.

GameSpot's history of Mega Man

fan of the original NES? fan of Mega Man?

GameSpot has written a little feature called "The History of Mega Man"

you can read it HERE. (removed)

i use to like the Mega Man games... well, starting with the second at least. when i first played the first one, i didnt really "get it" (it was a rental, and i found most stages too hard to get through, and never got to practice much before returning it). when the second one came out, a friend got it, and me and him put a lot of play time into it. he then got the first one, and we put a lot of play time into that. i rented the third, he bought the 4th, rented the 5th, etc, etc. we started playing the "X" series on the SNES and PSX after that.
