The original Apple Watch models (1st Generation through Series 3) use a 4:5 aspect ratio for their wallpapers. The following wallpaper/images were saved in that aspect.
Note that Series 4 & 5 use a 4.1:5 aspect, and so these images may not appear correctly.

From an iPhone, you can tap the share button (looks like a box with an up-arrow on it), and then tap "Create Watch Face" to use it with your Apple Watch.
