I like this. Yes, I'm a Sega fanboy (with the Dreamcast anyway).
Also, check this out:
"Babbage's mall-based stores will mostly likely be changing their name to Software Etc., and all Funcoland stores are planning a name change to GameStop, indicated Len Riggio, CEO of Barnes & Noble, the owner of Babbage's Etc. As leases run out on the stores, the changes will begin taking place. Barnes & Noble recently suffered a loss of $5.2 million, compared to a profit of $3.4 million during the third quarter of 1999. They attribute the loss to Sony's PS2 shortage problem, which has dragged profits down at most Babbage's outlets. Way to go Sony!"
"In other business news, EB posted its third quarter results. Total revenues for the quarter were $158.6 million, down from 177.4 million last year. The main reason for the decline is that store sales are down 16.8%, with total sales of PlayStation 2 software, hardware and accessories for the third quarter of 2000 being lower than comparable Dreamcast sales during the same period last year. Just another sucker punch from those sorry sods at Sony!"
