“April 2, 2007 - SEGA of America and Europe today jointly announced NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams for Nintendo’s Wii console. The game is the official sequel to the cult hit SEGA Saturn game in which players explored dream worlds and controlled a jester with the ability to fly. Journey of Dreams seems to follow the same basic premise.”
I was a big fan of NiGHTS. In fact, it was the first Sega Saturn game I ever purchased. I’m really looking forward to playing the new NiGHTS game on my Nintendo Wii.
i was just browsing YouTube videos of Half-Life 2, and i came across these:

a few days ago (after Christmas but before New Years), i got a Nintendo Wii.
back in November, i stayed out all night trying to get one, and all i got was Zelda.
in December, i found a Wii-mote at the store. i then found an online retailer that i could purchase a Nunchuck addon and the “Classic” controller. this was at a time when most of that was pretty hard to get.
then in late December, using the site www.itrackr.com, i was able to locate a local Target that had the Wii in stock.
so i have a Wii, two controllers, and Zelda. the new Zelda is great, and the Virtual Console is a blast as well. i’ve downloaded Sonic the Hedgehog, Bonk’s Adventure, Bomberman ‘93, Gunstar Heroes, and Castlevania IV.
a new game for Nintendo DS just came out. it’s called “Elite Beat Agents”. it’s kinda like a sequel the Japanese game “Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan”.
it’s basically a music/rhythm game set to crazy stories and famous songs.

The Opera web browser is soon coming out for the Nintendo DS (it’s already out in Japan i believe)
there is a video hosted on YouTube where someone gives a demonstration of how the browser works.
(if the video doesn’t load, you can view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QR2yfhBSvR0)
the reviewer points out some of the flaws of the browser.
the biggest is probably the load times. supposedly it takes a long time to load any site. it makes your broadband connection slower than dial up.
another issue is the lack of Flash support.
this site has information and pictures on adding a hard drive to your Nintendo DS:

to put it simply, Space Cowboy Online is an online jet flying game. it kinda plays similar to how StarFox played. SCO tries to play like any other online role playing game, except the twist is instead of walking around and killing stuff with swords or magic, you become engaged in dogfights with enemies in the sky or space while using machine guns, missiles, etc.
on May 25th, the SCO servers went live.
you can find out more about the game from its official site, http://sco.gpotato.com/.
a new version of the FREE first person shooter, paid for by the US Government, America’s Army, has been released today.
its version 2.5, and called “America’s Army: Direct Action”.
its free to download and play. warning, it is around 904 megabytes in size!
ATI has a promotion going on through November 30, 2005 where you can play Guild Wars free for 10 hours.
http://buy.ati.com/myprofile/gw_index.asp?AIB=HIS
im assuming this was a promotion for those who just bought a new ATI card, but supposedly you can just pick one of the few cards listed in the drop down box and be able to play anyway (you dont have to prove you actually bought the card).
