Whenever I have the "Copy to Folder" and "Move to Folder" options activated, if I right click ->open multiple files, it is also opening the "move items" and "copy items" dialog boxes. Only happens when highlight and right-click ->open more than one file.

I have noticed that until now. It does it on the system I'm using as well (Windows XP Pro).
I have no clue why it is doing that.
The Copy/Move function on the context menu is something that was programmed and enabled by Microsoft. XdN Tweaker just makes the entries visible on right click menus.
I will try to look into the cause of it, but as of right now, I don't know of a fix.
