Yeah, me neither.
BytaFont was released to add a font-changing capability to iOS 4.x. It works on iOS 5.x, but most (all?) fonts are still missing keys introduced in 5.0 (such as the voice-input key on the 4S and hide-keyboard key on the iPad).
